A recall has been announced by the Food Safety and Inspection Service on all Hallmark/Westland Meat Company beef products purchased by the United States Department of Agriculture for use in national school food service lunch programs.
Northern Lehigh School District Food Service does have some of the beef products being recalled. The beef products are NOT being served to the students/staff of the district and will be destroyed according to the guidelines as set forth by the State and/or local health authority.
