Kindergarten Registration 2012

Northern Lehigh School District

Northern Lehigh School District will hold kindergarten registration by appointment in April, 2012.

In order to enter kindergarten in September 2012, a child must be five years old as of September 1, 2012.

Tuesday, April 17, 2012 by Appointment
Wednesday, April 18, 2012 by Appointment

At the time of registration, parents must provide:

• Parent's photo identification
• Child’s birth certificate (original).
• a record of the child's immunizations (shots)
• Two (different types of) proofs of residency required:
  - Drivers License (updated or with change of address card) - Moving Permit - Deed - Current Tax Bill/Receipt - Mortgage Document/Bill - Rental Lease Agreement - Current Utility Bill - Vehicle Registration Card - Multiple Occupancy Permit
• Children entering kindergarten should be brought along for a brief academic assessment.
