Northern Lehigh School District will hold kindergarten registration by appointment in April.

* In order to enter kindergarten in September, a child must be five years old before October 1, 2008.

At the time of registration, parents must provide:

• Child’s birth certificate (original).
• a record of the child's immunizations (shots)
• Two forms of CURRENT proof of residency (one from each list):
  1. Agreement of Sale, Deed, Occupancy Permit OR Rental Lease Agreement
       AND
  2. Moving Permit, Current Utility Bill, Current Tax Bill/Receipt, Current Bank Statement/Pay Stub, Vehicle Registration Card, Health Insurance Card, or Letter from Employer
• Children entering kindergarten should be brought along for a brief academic assessment.!
