  • Parts of Speech (subject/predicate, nouns, verbs, adjectives, adverbs, prepositions, possessives)

  • Writing Sentences, Paragraphs and Stories (main idea/supporting details)

  • Types of Writing - Narrative, Persuasive, Informative

MATH

  • Place Value (to Ten Thousand)

  • Rounding/Estimating

  • Adding and Subtracting (with regrouping)

  • Students should have mastered basic adding and subtracting with some regrouping (to the tens place)

  • Telling time to the nearest minute

  • Elapsed time

  • Money - Counting, Calculating, Making Change

  • Multiplication
