The Graduation Project Manual has been assembled to assist in guiding students through this very important Graduation Requirement. This manual can be used to answer any questions, direct your project in the correct path, and possesses all the mandatory forms needed for completion.

Proposal must be word-processed with a detailed description in paragraph form.
This form is to be filled out by the student prior to beginning his or her Graduation Project. This form will serve as the student's project application, describing what the project is about, what the student hopes to learn, and how the student intends to undertake the project. It is recommended that the proposal/application is shared with the student's parents for advice and subsequently submitted to his or her advisor for review and authorization. In the spring, a final copy should be submitted to be kept in the student's graduation project file.

The time log is be utilized to track the required hours needed to complete the Graduation Project. All dates and hours need to be verified by the approved adult (not a parent.) Additionally, all phone numbers are to be listed for the approved adult should there be a reason to contact them. Failure to complete the necessary hours and have
appropriate signatures will impact a student's High School Graduation.

This form provides a sample cover letter to be used by students undertaking the Lehigh Career and Technology Institute Project. Creation of the cover letter is part of the mandatory components required for the LCTI Graduation Project.
